I opened Windower 4, looked at Add ons, then went to look at plug ins, there were none at all, when I logged in none of them were working.
Logged out looked again, same problem.

Anyone know why?

I'm having the same problem.

The DLL files are still in the file directory, along with my XMLs, but the Plugin list in the Windower program is completely blank.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Windower 4, to no avail. The problem persists.

My Windower4 apparently has no hook.dll ...
