Trying to get Knuckles of Trials quest done for Asuran Fists. Been fighting in Abyssea La Theine hoping to get the WS points while I level. Been at it close to a week now and still the Knuckles haven't lost their Latent Effect. Can I not acquire WS points in Abyssea?

Its the best place, all mobs are ep or higher, atma, etc. trade them back to the npc to check, I've had a few glitch recently.
