Bgwiki says the aftermath on kikoku up til level 95 has subtle blow +10, but the level 99 one has "tp:5" - I am sorry for being so ignorant, but could somebody please confirm this and explain me what "tp:5" actually means..

I think BG is pointing out that the time of the duration is TP/5=Time. So, 100TP/5 = 20 seconds.

Yeah, this. It's not a dash, it's a divide symbol, probably hard to see the two dots since it's so tiny. It's referring to the aftermath duration.

So if it's only referring to the duration of the aftermath, does that mean the aftermath is still subtle blow +10? So not some kind of TP bonus aftermath?

Kinda strange as I thought that the aftermath duration had alwas been like that

Yes, the subtle blow is +10 as the page says.

It has always been like that. The aftermath duration/potency does not change from 75 to 99 and it has that same thing on pretty much every page for Kikoku, and presumably other relics too.

I love Kikoku as much as any main Ninja does. Unfortunately it does not beat Kannagi. Your gil and time for 99Kikoku is better off spent getting Kannagi to 99 and calling it a day. Although not sure how much more effective 99 is compared to 90.

There shouldn't be an issue when it comes to damage with Blade: Hi. If you are truly going for numbers. Innin 100%.

5/5 Thaumas with Windbuffet belt will give you very good spike numbers.

I thought Innin was only for striking target from behind.

Yeah Innin is for from behind. If you are in a DD situation I can bet there is a Warrior or Dark Knight in the party keeping hate off you. If so pop Innin and get behind that fool and drop some nasty Blade: His.
