im currently lvl 57 smithing but the skill guides are outdated on wiki if anyone can help me with a new list cheep as possable
i would b very greatful.

90 - Adaman Ingot

92 - Molybdenum Sheet

96 - Januwiyah (skip if you can do next instead)

97 - Chunk Of Relic Steel

99 - Imperial Wootz Ingot

99 - Wootz Ingot

100 - Adaman Kris(?)

100+ ???

Just tossed that together really fast but as long as your server is well supplied and has similar pricing its reasonable. Maybe a bit shaky in the 80s. Also, I haven't looked into past 100 yet so there is likely a better synth to do to hit 100. Good luck.

P.S. The above assumes you have no subs lvled.

Instead of doing Hien (1x darksteel ingot, 1x lizard skin), Darksteel Pick (1x darksteel ingot, 1x elm lumber) is a much better choice (73). Requires the same ammount of darksteel ingot, except you can NPC the pick for 13k, while the Hien npcs for just 2k. You can go from level 66-73 eating some breaks at the start just on this synth and you will still gain much more than the Hien synth.

Sorry the correct synth for Darksteel Pick is 1x Darksteel Ingot + 1x Elm Lumber.

I no this one guy, godofgods, who made a smithing guide a while back. Granted with aby and lvl cap increased, things have changed some since then. But i think its still decent ;)

dose anyone know of a better syth for lvl 75-80 Handful Of Karimata Arrowheads x6 are a pain in the *** havein to wait on npc to restock and hope they not 25k each lol

All I can say is suck it up. Convert crour for gil if you want to power past the stage but when I did it, I just had to look past it and look at the end reward.

Durium to 76 - I agree on the arrowheads past that to 79. Don't forget to camp AH for tama as well!

When I was in this stage, I did a lot of farming in quicksand caves and did desynth for loads of darksteel (with a desynth setup in MH). Camp the NPC for the tama (I think norg/basty/jeuno all have different stocks, so check all 3). If you do end up with lots of DS like I did, there's some other synths that you can do in addition.

In addition, you really need to camp the AH starting now if you're going for 100. You need to collect things like troll bronze ingots, darksteel breeches, darksteel sollerets, and so on. Planning far ahead now can save you millions later (time wise).

The whole time I was working to 100, I was regularly going through the entire list of synths at and above my level and double-checking what I needed, and where to get it.

I have started collected materials for post 100 - it's going to be rough though, not sure I will do it or not yet. Current list I know of is:

102 - Adaman Gauntlets (~60k loss per)

103 - Adaman Cuirass (~100k loss per)

104 - Cursed Breastplate (~400k+ loss per, if you don't AH sell)

Beyond that, you're looking at Thokcha synths (possibly even instead of the Cursed Breastplate, although if you can land a -1, it will pay for everything!). The thokcha items also look to be about 300-400k loss to NPC.

I'm currently upping my subs to 70 first while I accumulate adaman and thokcha ingots. I'm hoping the thokcha item caps will be known by the time I'm ready, or demand will increase for the items, or new ones will be introduced.

last question ill bug to people about smithing can someone recomend me best GP items for me to get first i was looking at anvil first but idk yet

I would do crafting stall, sheeting, nq ring, apron, mitts, in that order. Stall is rumored to overwrite everything else, so do therest of e furniture after those items, if at all.

tyvm but i was woundering if i did stall and put it in my house if its going to affect me skilling up say like im 93.7 now if i put that in house and have my torque on would make me 93.7+7 can i still skill up on a 99 synth or do i have to take it out of my house? sry to bug so much

Haven't you ever gotten a skillup while overshooting the synth level with synthesis support?

You can still skill up. It only takes into account your base level for that. So if your 93+5 you can still skill up on a 95 synth.

Sheeting is a nice KI to get. One of the best bundling KIs of the crafts. Most let you do three items at once. Sheeting can do 6 at once. And if your like me and u get to a point where you need 10-20 stacks of sheets... one by one is not an appealing option. Times you drool over 6 at once lol.

Yeah I can confirm you can skillup regardless of what equipment and moghouse stuff you have going on - only the base level matters.

I just wish I could HQ sheets like I do chains!

stuck at 99 somone told me thokcha ingots go above 100 but it dont seam that way done about 25-30 synths and not even 0.1 anyone else know a cheep synth to go from 99-110 and if not cheep idc i want it done plz hlp me with a list.

still stuck anyone have any idea's for me?

Ok I miss the good old days when there were no profit synths in the 90s!!! Adaman cuirass was a mil per synth! Now you can profit the whole way.

I'm assuming you're quoting pre-aht? I mean people who skilled on Imp Wootz made a profit (assuming no breaks) but the option was there...

not sure their are any 'good' synths. Your options are quite limited
