I just got a friend's account who quited long time ago, wanted to activate it as mule but it says I need an SE account to log in...
When I go try to transfer it to my SE id it says:"This POL ID cannot be stranfered, contact SE support to further details"...
What can it be?...

It might already be registered to an SE account, unless it's THAT long of a time since quitting.

Cause when I try to log it it says: "U need a SE ID to reactivate a Content ID", so it means this account doesnt have a SE ID.
Last time it has been logged is like 15 months ago...

SE ID has been around for longer than 15 months but I guess it wasn't mandatory until this year...
Are you absolutely sure it's never been attached to an SE account? Although not a lot of people were using SEID's 15 months ago, I'm pretty sure anyone who bought and installed the Password-randomizer-thing-that-lets-you-use-a-mog-satchel was forced to make one.
