So, Whats the best augments you can get on this? Anything really decent for war with ukon and working on a good resolution build?

Just bought 38 tatters and want to get the best i can out of them.

TA+3% is exclusive to HQ, as Rearden pointed out. Some of those other values may also reflect HQ-only values, though I think acc actually goes higher... the bg-wiki entries aren't necessarily completely updated, but this should be pretty comprehensive along with having all the information in one place.
