i Synth a Duchy earring , and it says "come back after you sort your inv." ??? i have plenty of room, doeshaving a Nashmau earring ,influence?

Nashmau earring won't make a difference. I typically carry the 3 nations, Nashmau, Norg and Duchy in my Satchel without issue.
