Tbh, might be better off saving your money/time on the tatters and try to organize a neo-nyzul group for the +3 or HQ mnk legs; 9 STR/14 attack/14 acc on the HQ will beat out even the best possible STR aug on shura+1; not to mention that the 6% haste will speed up your next auto-attack round coming out of the WS ~('o')~
