Which Magian Sword Should I Get?

STR path for sure, only JPs can unlock the secrets of the M.acc/MP path

If you can only do one non-Emp sword do Str path.

In regards to off-hand swords for Almace - Which is better? Khadga with DA+11 or the Shikargar with STR+11? Or would I use one or the other depending on the situation at hand?

Str shikargar.

Do the STR shikargar if nothing else. If you have a little time, you should also do a VIT/PDT sword. Earth-pathed weapons are so easy to do, and it's nice to have for situations where you're tanking and for when you're doing Charged Whisker pulls (PDT goes to -11%, so with Genbu's, it's more than Terra's, and you need a sword anyways for Whirl).

Or evasion sword. IMO evasion is easier than PDT- for CW burn, pretty useful for lowman/solo stuff too.

But OP already stated that he only want one full time weapon and not BLU main, so STR is probably better choice unless he only lv BLU for CW only.
