Will Not Update

my profiles job list and other achievements will not update. curently i have lvl war to 75 and rng to 61. i have also achived rank 5 windurst. the information on my profile page fails to update. i copy and pasted the lscomuntiy profile page several times to try to update it to current. all attempts have failed. also picture where it shows where what you are currently or most recenlty wearing will not show up. maybe this is an error i have caused but it worked fine one day and the next just no longer updated. help me out please.

I had to copy/paste link a couple times to get mine to actually work. Also, check your preferences and make sure you don't have the Hide box checked for what you want shown.

yea went through copy and pasted several time for last month or so. only 1 box is checked which is for my crafting skills. right now i am not in a linkshell that is registered with lscomunity profiles idk if that would cause a problem or not but i doubt that is causing it to not update.

When I click your linkshell profile that you have on your user page it says "This character does not have a registered profile."

Looks like a problem on the LS Community site. Get your character registered properly and get the correct URL to your page and update your FFXIAH account with it.

yea i just disband my linkshell i had registerd on the site not its making me establish with a linkshell when i try to sign in but im not linkshell leader so cant register the linkshell so my account having problem's ill try to get re establised hopefully fixes the problem.

ok back on linkshell comunity and still shows level 51 war 37 rng rank 1 windy on this site. copy and pasted new link. so idk what thr problem is :/

When I click on the LS Comm site link you provided, it gives me a POL error. It looks like their site is having trouble or your stuff is still config'd wrong. =/

I checked your LSC profile, all your information is hidden. You need to make it public so ffxiah can see it.

ok made all public copy'd URL then loged off profiile completely. pasted URL in corect place on edit character. will now give site 24 hours to update and i will see if anything changes as of the moment jobs still not updated.

It does look like something is wonky with your character in particular, Stormy. Even pushing a manual update, it won't grab new info.

I'm looking into it. Sorry for the initial hassle, but 99% of the time following the self troubleshooting steps fixes the problem.

Mine wasn't updating for several days even after checking the LSCOM profile, updating the url, requesting a queue e.t.c. I read and figured it was a bug somewhere but then it updated randomly yesterday.

I did see a LSCOM server is busy message when I tried to go to it earlier, that may be delaying the queue some maybe?

Yeah, the problem is, that "server is busy" message is a generic one. They show that message whenever any error occurs anywhere in their system, including a 404 Not Found for a given URL. It makes it really hard to tell if something on our end is broken, or theirs.

thanks for looking into it for me jerik. if you need to cancel my profile i can re register if that would posibly fix the prolem if you cannot find a better solution.

Have the same prob too. LSC profile is fine, but here it shows lvl56 rng. although the lvl next to my avatar is right... really odd
medal and CoP status is wrong too. changed LSC-link and queued for update several times, but no update so far

Same here, LS community profile is not hidden but my FFxiAH cant be update...

My profile will update, but if I click the "LS Community Profile" link, I get that 404 LSC error. I can manually browse to my character page though.

It's not a big deal to me, more FYI than anything.
