What are the times that any nightmare mob can be proced or is that not how the system works? Some nightmare mobs are always JA proc?

sorry to make my own thread about this but I cant find it anywhere else. wiki is outdated.

If you go to each Dreamland page at the bottom you find the times for all nightmare mobs, so that you know which ones to cycle in order to always use JA.
