What's the droprate like on the pants without TH/blue? I'm under the impression that it's bad enough that it's not really worth it to solo him.

A synergy question then. My synergy person is 68. Should I wait until he gets 80 or just start trying for a good augment now?

I'm 70 Synergy, and for some reason im fine HQ'ing everything but Haidate.. idk why it just rains nq~

It's easy enough to get 80 that there's little reason to try beforehand. I have heard testemonials of less than ideal HQ rates at skill levels below 70, but I don't recall how many synths or anything of the sort with which to judge their credibility.
