A total of 16 (which divisible by 4) values associated with each bonus. There are more flags associated with Materia, I don't know the meaning or if it's significant.

Depending on what you see, the materia might be flagged for which job can use it, what level is needed, which equipment/slot it can be melded with it, and what catalyst/item is needed for the melding process.
