i am on fabul server and i was curious cause it didnt look like top 18 members was making up points so i did some adding on some random shells in the top 25 and every one was only using the top maybe 12-13 people to get the total number. did this get changed from the top 18? or is it a bug?

It no longer uses the top 18.
