anyone know if its even possible to get weapon skill dmg +3% on shura head NQ? ive seen peoples augments on +1 but ive tried MANY times to get it on the NQ and i only ever get 1%, i have goten some nice augments with it like 6 attack, but nothing else to write home about. any clues anyone?

3% is on HQ only, I think NQ can get 2% though.
