SE should make ALL NM force pop

The only change to NMs I'd like to see is for NM with a Placeholder. I think they should all behave like Despot. The NM should pop claimed to the person/party who killed the last Placeholder. That way people that just sit there waiting for someone else to do the work will get nothing.

Those type of NM's just need to pop after last PH is killed and the killer should get auto hate on it to avoid crap like this from happening.

If they made the ***easy none of the items would be worth anything. Everyone in the game would have the same equipment, and no one would have any sense of accomplishment. If you want to play a game where you are guaranteed a shot at every piece of uber equipment, play FFXII...

Best way I've thought of to "fix" the original ground HNMs was to turn them into force pops, similar to Ouryu/Bahamut battles. Basically, it really only works with the originals... Turtle/Behemoth/Wyrm. SE creates three new triggers, and adds them to the drop list of the standard ENMs. They'll have a similar drop rate as the cloud evoker. The original HNM timed spawns are deleted, and in thier place are a set of ???'s on a 15 minute respawn timer. A group that has obtained one of the new triggers from the ENMs can trade the trigger to the ???'s in the respective zone and pop the NQ version of the HNM (Adamantoise/Fafnir/Behemoth). Upon defeating the NQ HNM, a trigger for the HQ will drop with 100% frequency, just like the Monarch's Orb drops from Ouryu. You'll use this trigger on the same ???'s to spawn the HQ version of the HNM (Aspidochelone/Nidhogg/King Behemoth). They dont need to change any drops, no new zones or point systems to add... they simply add six new trigger items and three sets of question marks. Seems pretty simple to me, and solves all the problems people have with HNM camping.

No you shouldn't. Time have nothing to do with this. f(time) = gear shouln't be a linear function on any decent MMO. Killing ***for 5 yours do not grant you the right to wear specific items. You want Limbus gear ? You do Limbus. Want Salvage set ? Do Salvage. Want a D.ring ? You camp KB. It's all about being versatile with all events.

Easy solution: Use the ZNM concept with a 1-3min ??? respawn & maybe limit a person to 1 landking pop item per week.

Amen mon ami! ok lets add that up then what you need to do, Dyna two runs a week 3-4hrs per run 6-8hr a week Limbus two runs a week 1-2 hrs per run 2-4 hrs a week Salvage - three runs a week 2hrs per run 6hrs per week HNM camping - 15mins to 3hrs per mob if youre in a slavery HNM ls - 7 times a week - lets make an average of 1 1/2 hrs per mob and 2 mobs per day 3 hrs per day 21 hrs per week so we have here 35-47 hrs per week just to get endgame items, not including lvling other jobs, doing missiongs, ZNMs, Assaults and so on Sir... you really gotta have no life~ You Dont have to do it all at once of course.... but even then HNM LSes are too time consuming, hell 21hrs a week - thats addictional gaming there for the finest grade.

But then again who the *** force you to do ALL events and to own ALL items in a MMO ? You gotta make choice, can still do a pretty decent job even without owning everything. What do you expect ? I can't do all events, cannot have all items, and I'm perfectly fine. You're not supposing to take part in end-game activities just to GET virtual goods that's are nothing but a bunch of 0's and 1's stored in a damn database. You're supposed to play for fun, but some player tends to forget that... What's the excitement of owning everything in a game ? None. Well you'd be excited at first then eventually gets bored.

Well you pick priority in items you want! That's how this game works.. if you want it all you must spend a LOT of time doing events... and if you are mad that people with no life are getting more gears than you in a video game... you in your own way have no life or live it in a very strange way...

im definitely not 1337. but hats off to the people who take the time to do this ***and i would not be happy for one instant even if i got those items if it meant disrespecting their effort.
all the land king and new NM to pop with pop items give other linkshell a shot at pop land king
