I dont think you need the ; at the end of the lines, but it works with them aswell, so worth a shot?
If you call this txt breath.txt (just example), your macro ingame would be: /console exec breath.txt
If you have the txt saved inside a drg folder in the scripts folder, would be:
/console exec drg/breath.txt
No need to load txt files when you start up, they'r just used as regular macros
