It's not as easy to avoid as spear but it's not hard to either.

Along those lines, I tried Sobek last night, Apoc / RR / Savior. Savior proc'd the damage absorb on the Tyrant Tusk. I screen-shotted it saying "Sobek readies Tyrant Tusk. Wojo recoveres 0 Hitpoints" - or something similar. I found that odd that Tyrant Tusk would be dealing any damage - since a little while later, Tyrant Tusk killed me without doing any damage.
I've beginning to suspect that Savior has a higher proc rate if the damage is fatal.

It appears I may have misunderstood, it could be only +20. I was comparing it to Minor/Major bonuses on other atmas.
Regardless, Even if it only gave +10 Evasion, it'd still give equal (if not greater due to math involving dDEX) evasion to Atma of the Gnarled Horn.
GH still gives you higher Blade Hi modifiers and increased subtle blow (from agility).

I've still had TT kill me but it's been a while since I Sobek spammed. We normally had two tanks on it but I recall dying a lot through the 50 skins from death. The atma never helped me either tbh, stun helped more.

Easiest way is to bring a competent DNC (like the solution to everything in this game) with a good MAC set. He's resisted my violent flourish maybe twice during two Kannagi builds. Never used that crappy death atma either.
