Haste 25 133 50 200 50
DA 25 125 30 130 4
TA
QA



do people prefer the swings columns in % for the total numbers of swings. E.g for haste it is 133 and 200
or only as the improvements above the base
so haste swings would be 33% and 100% in the above example

can we agree QA takes process before TA and ta takes procs before DA

cause in my second version i will make it take that into accounts also QA and TA reduces the effectives of DA

one thing to notcie when talking getting more DA vs getting more haste is that extra attacks gained form haste still had ability to procs DA TA and QA. where as extra attacks form DA TA or QA does not

Only really means the same if you have 0 curing/regen/phalanx effects and have no dots on you either.
