I like Subway Chicken and Bacon Ranch wrap. You get them to put the bacon over the chicken, then put cheese over the bacon before they microwave it, then when they put it on the sub it's all melted through and warm and yummmmmmmmm!!!

I'm actually very particular about my bacon. I love bacon, but I never get a BLT sandwich because I'm afraid that the bacon inside the sandwich will be made, how I don't like it.. I like my bacon a bit chewy, not so crunchy. Some crunchy can be good, but not to the point where it feels like I'm eating an uncooked noodle. The reason I like it chewy. Is so that I savor the flavor a lot more, it keeps in my mouth a lot longer, and makes the bacon eating experience that much more rich.
I also don't like turkey bacon, even though my wife makes it. I prefer the good 'ol original bacon. I'm not a fan of honey bacon, or apple wood bacon, preferably the flavor would be smokey or original.
Also, bacon grease makes for good makings to make some good gravy to go over my biscuits.

This is probably a very Australian (non-American) question but what is turkey bacon? It just doesn't make sense to me. I assume it's something made for thanksgiving to involve turkeys and the awesomeness that is bacon?

It's imitation bacon made from turkey meat. Which is pretty contrary since bacon can only be made from pork. I suppose America and SE are on the same level of logic, or there lack of.
