Ninjas Atma And More Damage

well my first job has seen better day since tanking Tucan Sam and the gang. Until recently I been seeing some amazing ws damage from other ninjas. So I jump on ninja toss on rr, vv, and gh thinking I was gonna wreck shop. Boom I wasn't even able to ave. over 1000 damage. Now don't get me wrong at time I see 2k or even 1.3 to 1.8, but I did mostly 850 to 970. Now I blame most of it on my 340 katana skill the rest I'm blaming on what gear i have on. For some strange reason i just can make a good ws gear set. You know do wow damage, and need a little advice. I am trying to understand why on dnc my evisceration do so much damage but my blade jin don't even matter. I am looking for a gear over haul from head to toe.

RR/GH/Apoc

even with RR VV and GH I do 3k easy with just jin. It has to be your gear man, also are you getting your enhancements and what sub? I see 3k on /dnc and 3.5+ on /war. Double attack helps alot, if you have brutal make sure to still ws in it.

RR/VV/Apoc sometimes i do 3900+ with Blade: Jin as /dnc(rare) or /war .

VV gives you a higher theoretical maximum than GH (12.75 base damage is serious business), but GH will give you a higher average.
