Blade: Jin 3000more...

Good afternoon everyone!

I wonder how ninjas can overcome some of the 3000 damage with Blade: Jin.
I Can the 1.4 k, 2.6 k with VV and RR Stout Arms or GH. But 3.0 k Consecutive, not.

The Crit rate & damage is what's giving you the 1-2k damage, it's double attack proccing on your ws hits which is increasing the damage to 3k and over, none of these are an 100% rate, which is why you wont get cnsectutive high damage Jins.

Highest Jin was 5.2k. Highest SS I have is 4.6k, highest I have done on anything that matters was 4.5k.

I read incorrectly, I thought you asked how many had, not how.

My answer to how would be... A solid WS set, of course. Make sure your Crit hit damage is capped(50%) and swing and pray. that 50% cap will boost your WS enough.

Use RR + GH + Apoc and hope for triple attack procs.

I use RR + GH + VV and have yet to have a problem.

VV works just as well as Apoc for DD, but Apoc has auto-reraise and quick-magic for ninjutsu.

VV/RR/GH should be the way to go, Stout Arm is overkill.

Oh, forgot about Apocalypse/RR/GH also works I believe.

Anwig is best aug for JIN (Dex+Crit damage2%) and (Agi+WS Damage 2%)

Uzura +2 (+2 damage to base & 10% WS Damage)

Sekka +2 (9 Agi & 20 Evasion) For pure DD I would use Str one. But then again you will have hate almost full time as a real good nin, So I go fr a bit of extra Eva mix in my sets.

I prefer to use RR/VV/Apoc for Atmas, with this I do about consistent, WS just about 3k. and with luck 5k. Give or take.

I am considering working further on Epherial Weapon for nin. But all those I have seen with the lower version made with coins can hardly keep up with me and JIN. I still hold hate and out DD them. I think the true beauty of the Epherial weapon is in the actual one due to after math. But I have yet to see a well played/geared/merited nin wield one of these bad boys.

Can anyone post SS or parse info on Epherial Blade:Hi(Aftermath) Vrs (JIN) with equivalent gear?

Also my damage may be slightly higher due to 8/8 Katana, and 5/5 Str Merits. I think that is common among nin mains though.

for pure DD you offhand kamome, and your 5 str merits arent really doing ***in abyssea.

If your Hi can't complete with Jin, your Hi set is complete fail.

Shouldn't a naked :Hi with GH + RR + Apoc atmas do better than any Blade: Jin?

If you look down 1 thread, you will see an entire thread devoted to what atmas to use. But, anyway, RR, VV, GH is my personal favorite. But RR, GH, Apoc is about equal.

I think I had a perfect storm of triple and double att connecting tonight as I hit for 4915 with some below avg gear on Devegetator... Is that super high or just a normal high?

the agi won't do anything dd-wise until hi obviously, but the 50 agi translates to 25 eva which is 12% evade rate for free, as well as free subtle blow now, etcetc

you know the score, but in-short, the additional 20% critical rate definitely crushes the 2/tick regain, 5% da and 50 str
