If all follows the trend, that means Briault will give 4 more and merits will give 5, so 40 right there with basic gear and merits. Meeeh not terrible.

i got mine off imps in Abyssea - Uleguerand last night, lol we picked up aggro and it was one of the first drops while venturing off into the zone i was stoked. It's on the way to VC#08 which seems like an all around nasty area

Actually it's 30. I miscounted... forgot to subtract an extra HP/tic due to Auto Regen II. Silly me.
