Traffic And Magic Combined

First time posting, but I'm a ninja that is a little bit confused about the last update, looking for the meaning of the 4+ icon on the Utsusemi label. I thought i just didn't have my glasses but if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated. Why does it include the +, instead of the regular icons it includes in 1-3. I could just be that blind.

All SAN spells cast slowly. Doubt SE would give NIN that kind of blink ability...

I know. I'm wondering about what it actually does. I've seen a few mobs cast it but never noticed anything special except, it has a larger animation =P. Never bothered to count how many shadows tho.

Kind of a blurry/small picture. At first i thought it was just the color of the icon's leg, but when I got down to 3 shadows it goes away. Is this what everyone else's looks like?
