I just got this but I don't really see any increase in damage that would be worth giving up the crits for. Anyone else think the same way?

Yeah, been playing around with this and King's Justice, and I've noticed no difference.

yeah same. Someone mentioned to turn it on before ws and quickly to turn it off right after for ws like KJ or SC.

"Enhances your weapon skill power with each normal attack you land, but prevents you from dealing Critical Hits."

Probably no effect unless you land X amount of melee hits first.

I've used it to TP up to 300 and pop off a SC and I noticed no difference.

Been doing this. After I do one last Raging Rush, I'll use Restraint right after, build up TP, and then berserk/aggressor/warcry > King's Justice. Even after building TP up to 200, I didn't notice any major changes, at least nothing to compensate for the loss of crits.

Restraint works well with Fell Cleave, can do up to 1k Dmg to mutiple mobs.

Other than that it would be stupid to use Crt's are too fun.

This only makes me wonder if KJ has some kind of hidden Crit Bonus. It would explain why it has random spike damage that no one has figured out yet. Which would explain why Restraint does nothing for KJ.

Well wiki has a posting of people seeing a random Spike in DMG from KJ. I use it all the time and I get random numbers as well. When I use Mighty Strikes and KJ i get huge numbers but not too much bigger than normal. 4/4 Crits from being under 2hr but if only a few hits were Crits under normal circumstances it would explain a lot.

And might help with Restraint not helping KJ. Has anyone tried it with Steel cyclone?

I have tried it with steel cyclone @ 300tp started up with restraint first @ 0tp Did 2k Dmg to IT in Promy mea @77
