Pet Tanking Set

I was curious what Other bst out thre are using.
and also whats a good off hand for this,
im currently useing pallas sheild and trail axe with Chr+2 pet:magic evasion+4
was thinking of chnaging pallas for Skeggiold (DMG+12 DLY-4 VIT+4 Pet: Phys. Dmg. Taken-5%)

any other good ideas all you hardcore bst out there have?

If this is something of great focus for you, you'd definitely want a mirke with pet acc/atk, maybe even DA/crit depending on the type of pet you use most frequently.

Also an Anwig Salade with Pet: Regen and Pet: -10% dmg taken would be excellent. Lastly, Desultors with a reduction in recast on Sic and Ready would be great in combination with another pet enhancement such as accuracy, attack, stp/subtle blow.

Not a BST expert but these would definitely be indispensable for your objective.

Good defensive items include.

Beast Bazubands Pallas's Shield Shepherd's Chain Selemnus Belt Skeggiold Breeder Mufflers Breeder Mask Askar Dirs and MKE head.

For offense well all kinds of stuff too. Could just do a pet search on items or look at wikis pet page

yeah breeder set and askar is real nice.
but main thing i was curious bout was tradeing out pallas sheild for duel weild trail axes..not sure what trade off is for +10def ..get magic evasion and dmg reduction from the axes.

Why not get 2 pet pdt axes? That would do alot more than 10def

I was thinking same thing.but whats the diffrence between +10def and -5% dmg.?

Hard to say since I can't say I've heard of much testing to see how much def your pets have or att of too many mobs to figure it out.

But more def you get the less effective the same amount will be while the more pdt you get the more effective it will be.


Also if you fighting something strong chances are 10 def probably gunna do like 1% reduction in dmg lol

I have prepped my own little bst pet tanking set and still working on, this is what I have:

Mirke Wardecors: Pet: Acc+, Crit, double attk (crit procs nicely)
Anwig Salade: Pet: Haste, Damage Taken -10%

As for Main/Offhand: I'm working on trial for Pet: attk+12 Axe
Currently using Lion Tamer offhand: Pet: Def+10 which drops from ZNM Brass Borer.

Dont have Askar legs, but looking forward to obtain soon.

And was lucky on one of the ACP treasure chest to obtain a Spinel Earring with Pet: acc+3 racc+3.

Other gear is Relic set, which I trade in for enhanced pet call beast and reward, but that's a given.

Definitely I'd suggest the add on gear for increasing pet hate and defense.
