Ram Hides are cheap and easy to get. This is a very common and widely crafted item for Leathercrafters from 30 to 36. Also, as someone who has spent time farming for Ram Horns, you get three to four times as many Skins as you do Horns, so there's a larger supply right there. If you don't like the price, your choices are: buy up all the product below the price you want to offer, or get out of that market and find something else.
If theres a bunch of leathers up on the AH, consider putting them up in Sandy instead of undercutting the Jeuno AH; Less taxes, and usually they're about the same price, sometimes a little higher. The leather guild is in Sandy and so the market is hot for them there, too--especially when a guild point synth calls for ram leather.
