Now used in making Malison Medal, so far confirmed as at least 106 alchemy and up to 108, making this a much more desirable skillup item than hexed gear. Please do not NPC these anymore, thanks.
I got one of these from a Gold Chest in Abyssea - Misareaux Coast.
I only found one in many hours of cleaving, though. [Not that I was looking for it.]
