base hitrate is 75% nabby, every +1 acc above the mobs eva only adds 0.5% hit rate. every 1 level below mobs lowers hitrate 4%. so a jackolanterns ACC10 only adds 5% hitrate, or 1 extra hit for every 20. aceptable but not godly
