ACP & MKD'E require you to have maps of certain areas, making this a must have item for ppl that never bothered with the map before doing these quests. changes the value of the item somewhat. They drop fairly easy, but for the most part ppl just buy it off ah for 6 times it's previous value without really questioning the inflation.
