This is the best NQ sushi accuracy-wise, with 1% more accuracy (a difference of 1.5~2% total hit rate generally, which is rather significant) than the other normal quality sushis.
Its HQ, Bream Sushi +1, has the same advantage over other high quality sushi.
In response to Ravahan, Tentacle Sushi does give you 19% to Acc but it's capped at 19. So you don't really get that much Acc compared to Bream, Squid and Sole. I prefer Bream unless you really have the gil to burn on Sole. Other jobs that require Agi, I'd use Squid.
