As Zanno said, it's obtained from a quest. It's a fairly easy quest. If you already have your Norg fame up, it takes about 1-2 hours to do and it just requires running. If you have a lazy afternoon, you can knock this out easy. :D
Incredibly easy to quest, just buy a damp scroll, talk to the taru in Norg and run up Horlais Peak. Done. Takes maybe 30-60 mins max, alot faster even if u have sandy as ur hp or can take the la thaine aby warp
I understand that at one point not all info was given on scrolls but on "2008-01-10 14:00:17 " when Kachio posted, that was well past the time when they did post. Thanks for Supporting his Stupidity with positive feedback.
