* You must be Rank 2 or higher in San d'Oria or on Mission 2-3 or higher in Windurst or Bastok to enter the Chateau d'Oraguille (which you must go through to get to the Oubliette).
* Trade Novalmauge a vial of Beastman Blood.
How does a player (Kumoke - Kujata Server) get and sell 5+ of these in a 2 week period? The Scroll is from a non-repeatable quest and there's no record of Kumoke buying them for resale. Go figure ....
Same issue on Lakshmi, i believe its a drop from a BCNM. if you do that a few times a day and have good drops i can see easily where its possible to sell them over and over and corner the market, so to speak.
This item is currently being farmed somehow by RMT on Garuda server, being repeatedly sold by the same person several times a day.
This is an unrepeatable quest!
