Best place to get these is Port Jeuno with a Halcyon Rod and a Sinking Minnow. If you are looking to do Mercury, go to alzabhi whitegate, in a port with the same rod and lure for the new version of jellyfish. I seem to get less buckets there.
If you're catching these to create Mercury for alchemy, I recommend catching Denizanasi instead. I used a composite rod and a fly lure in Whitegate, and caught nothing but Denizanasi, which work just the same for the mercury synth.
I do pretty good getting these in port jeuno with a clothes pole and robber rig. get buckets every once in a while, but jellyfish more than half the time...and a coupla skill ups too ^^
Yew Fishing Rod and Meatballs in Selbina work awesome. Over a 1 hour period I had a 98% catch ratio of of this jellyfish. no broken lines/lostlures/etc. My fishing skill is 2.
"Jidwahn Ferry Between Al Zahbi & Nashmau (?-?)" is incorrect. As far as I know, he does not sell this fish. "Lokhong (Ship from Selbina to Mhaura)" is the right ship, I think.
