I just obtained this today. Overwrites Fool's Gold with an element strength of 10. New key item from Mog House becomes "Moglification: Goldsmithing". That term means you gain a skill+ as well as lower material loss during fails. Grants a new title, "Jewelry Store Owner". I have taken some relevant screen shots and posted on my ffxiah profile.
