Did some quick testing for the Recycle rate on this piece.

First setup was with no other Recycle pieces. Out of 100 shots 68 bullets were used, (counted in sets of 10: 7+7+5+5+7+9+10+6+7+5). Lv 99 COR gets a base 30% recycle rate via Job Trait. 100 shots - 30(from trait) - 68 (bullets used) = ~2% Recycle rate.

Second setup was using Manibozho Hands, which have a tested Recycle rate of 10%. In this set of 100 shots, 57 Bullets were used (4+7+6+5+5+7+6+4+6+7). 100 shots - 40 (30 from trait, 10 from hands) - 57 bullets used = ~3% Recycle rate.

So early results show the Recycle rate being between only 2-3%. Regardless, this piece is still top notch for Quick Draw, Wildfire, and post-snapshot-swap TP.
