Gives +25/256 (~0.0976) ƒTP, To clarify, this differs from Weapon Skill Damage in that:

Certain weapon skills have high beginning "ƒTP", or the amount by which the base damage of a weapon is multiplied on the first hit of the Weapon Skill (except in instances where ƒTP is transferred across all hits, as it is in some weapon skills).

In instances where the ƒTP of the weaponskill is already high (i.e. Higher than 3.0) then Fotia Gorget/Belt are likely not your best in slot option.

In instances where ƒTP is low, on single hit weapon skills, OR multi-hit Weapon Skills wherein ƒTP is low and ƒTP is transferred across all hits (CDC/Resolution/Stardiver/Evisceration) it likely your best in slot option.

the belt isn't too difficult to make... the gorget and aquiring the materials is a little more time consuming.

If you think +25/256 fTP = +10% then it shows how little you understand about the fTP system

The latent is activated when using any weapon skill with SC properties (doesn't work with Spirit Taker, Spirits Within, Etc.) and has nothing to do with your current TP.
