	This is a really nice stun piece for RDM. RDM caps Fast Cast so easily so the lost 1% isn't a huge deal, and with the magic accuracy you can swap out a swith cape/witful belt/fast cast earrings for more magic accuracy pieces and still be capped out on fast cast and ultimately have more magic accuracy instead. 2014-10-08 21:32:05
