This appears to be a mistranslation or mistype. In reality, or according to my google translate it gives "Kick attacks attack" +85. While google translate can be untrustworthy at times, it translates to the same thing as what's on Anchorite's gaiters +1.

The +5 to kick damage and 5 store tp make this quite an upgrade. You do lose 5 DEX (dDEX and acc) however. Regardless this piece is impressive.
