Verified it today. The latent is active when you are less than 100% TP.

No Weapon - Stone - 434
Eminent Staff 100%TP - 951
Eminent Staff 0%TP - 976

If for some reason as the mage you do get 100%TP just swap weapons for a second and you'll get the extra stats back.

Just under Atinian, great alternative.

As for why no RDM? I think its because of Gain-INT we have +25 INT BLM/SCH do not, and the same nuking gear as them. That being said, we are on WK Staff, which means incoming Delve Staff for RDM, which breaks that anyways.

I guess some people don't know that rdm doesn't have staff skill. So unless they make it open to EVERY job they wont tag rdm on it just so they get the stats it wouldn't make sense.

is this better then Atinian? its crazy how Atinian took a hit in the market I mean yea I understand why but the way it took the hit was crazy I could understand if it was only a mil or so from the price it used to be, hell I think I lost about 15-20mill because I was using this synth as skilling up and had a few staffs in my inventory ;;

Addition to Razal:
Should be swapping weapons anyway, as you would be using Owleyes or Terra's staff to idle in, effectively being any and every time you're not casting.
