All Magian +2 staves add a -12% casting time to it's corresponding element, while keeping the same stats you had from the +1 staff. For example, Indra Staff +2 has a -12% casting time when casting thunder spells, while Varuna +2 has a -12% casting time when casting blizzard spells.

MAcc: 1 (1.10)
DMG: 5 (1.30)
Casting Time -12%

Accuracy Path:
MAcc: 5 (1.30)
DMG: 1 (1.10)
Casting Time -12%

Thunder Staff:
MAcc: 1 (1.10)
DMG: 1 (1.10)

Jupiter's Staff:
MAcc: 2 (1.15)
DMG: 2 (1.15)

Same with all NQ, HQ, and Trial+2 staves.

In the case of the Cure Staff it is 22% Cure Potency, and in the case of Avatar Staves, it adds a -10 delay in Blood Pacts.
