Ok so Droped off a pop nm in Abyssea - Tahrongi, it's name is Gancanagh, it spawns from a ??? at the border of H-8 and I-8, you need a clump of Alkaline Humus which should drop off the black mandys around there.
Should be noted that if you obtain the HP and MP boost (50 cruor) from the Prospector NPC at the start of zone before fighting this NM, it can't give you Max HP/MP down (which can be disasterous low HP when it reduces your HP to <400), effectively limiting its annoying TP moves to TP reset and the Bad Breath + Amnesia move. It will still try to use the HP/MP down move, but it will show up on your screen as having "no effect".
Happy hunting, we're 3/4 so far. It's harder to get the pop to drop.
It's upsetting to see things like this for millions. I understand its usefulness and everything, but the greedalox's in this game (Siren in particular) really make this a bummer to try and get.
I mean, condoms are important but you're not paying $50 for one of them.
