Its a good Xbow for its level for WAR and DRK who do not have any other viable ranged options simply because of the Enmity-.
However, THF could find some use out of it but the -Enmity kinda hurts TA and you can't really.. well you can take it off for TA without losing TP by switching ammo to arrows or a Throwing item, but when you requip it you'll lose your TP.
Its not a huge hurt, but then again theres also weapons like Thug's Zamberak that all the jobs listed could easily get more use out of.
