I tried this today, basically on anything that matters its damage is so low that when "Double damage" does proc you barely notice it compared to a D:41 weapon.

I apparently burned ~17 Magnus stones with this thing on when i tested it and didn't even notice it proccing if that says anything about its "worth"

My guess is it'd be much more useful on low def mobs, where the damage can shine best.
