Nice for an STR build with a Fire Staff etc on BLU/THF, when SA pretty much garuntees a hit. TP loss might suck, but if needing to use /THF, chances are you won't be meleeing all that much anyway.
Otherwise, pretty sweet for ranged jobs (again using a fire staff or similar).
