i would have to disagree Shigeto bow +1 has higher base dmg with slightly less ranged attack+ (which is very little to no mod in sidewinder dmg) plus the acc with shigeto bow +1 is nice to make this ws set up more reliable

as for rng Ebow/vali's bow is better, 1 Ebow has 2 less base dmg but nearly 100 less delay. 2 sidewinder's biggest dmg mod is str where the Ebow has 3 this has none. 3 being both a 75 rng and 75 nin i can tell you to pump out massive sidewinder/slugshots is brutal for hate control since a large spike in volatile hate is not expected nor does a tank have a single j/a that can match this volatile hate gain.

at the end of the day your dmg output would be higher with ebow and easier on tanks

Tinythumbs is correct. This is the Best SAM/RNG bow excluding relic. The damage is very high. As for Racc if you're on SAM/RNG you're probably meriting and on Birds, which means you're probably using a soboro, getting TP really fast and with the evasion of those birds and a double bard set up.. you're not having any problem hitting. As for use by RNG, it is slower than E Bow. But that turns out to be a good thing, HNM and BC fight you're trying NOT to pull hate, so the slower fire rate helps a little. Though that's all out the door once a well equipped RNG releases a WS with this bad boy.
