It's nice to see better hMP gear, but I'm still stuck toting around Pluto's Staff (or a pair of Yama's) for every other dark element spell. Latent effect likely kicks in while not resting.
just picked up one of these today and the latenet effect refresh is not while idle, not while resting not while full mp only when below 50% or 75% mp while engaged to the mob
The reason WAR and MNK can use this is because the jobs on this staff are listed within those jobs within Staff Skills. There not being retarded about putting the job on the staff, just not thinking about removing it off the file
On topic though, this pretty much wins for hMP set. If latent is activated when not resting, best idle staff. However still keep your dark/plutos for darkbased spells. This has no help on sleeps what soever
