Just finished the quest recently and have done extensive research on this weapon when i got it.

The TP Bonus is 100% Extra TP, Like the Martial Weapons.

The Latent is active when Carbuncle is summoning in your party, including yourself.

The Latent Damage can proc for up to 90 Damage on most mobs, the average damage is 67~76.

On Hpemde(Goldfish) With open mouths it has been known to proc for over 140 Damage.

Enchantment is known to recover upward 200HP.
