it's actually 11.486 which is generally considered 11.48. either way this has higher dps than death scythe +1 and algol/gold algol. one of the best greatswords in the game and better than most scythes.

I notice alot of people don't use this Great Sword just because others look "cooler" evern though this one has more DPS

Correctly built this is a very strong GS. Of paramount importance (as with most weapons of its type) is a proper 7-hit build, which requires some noodling to achieve (Rose Strap, Ecphoria Ring and such).

With a 7-hit build it has only a slightly lower WS frequency than a comparable 6-hit Naglering build, while doing more damage during the TP phase.

Stacking DEX for crits is /not/ how to use it; critical hit rate doesn't have increasing returns like haste. On most mobs you'd use it your DDex is going to be floored or close to. Meaning that a few points of DEX added will increase your crit rate by less than 1%. Stick to the haste options.

In my opinin its one of the better looking Great Swords in the game.
One of the top 5 Great swords in the game and second Highest DOT after only Ragnarok. remarkedly strong considering all the other KSNM weapons are some of the weaker weapons.

While i am apt to agree with Betty's comment about the DPS, to me the primary concern would be the 444 delay. One extra swing away from WS is alot for 6% crit to overcome. I would like to get one to do some testing of my own.

(right now im using Ascalon just because my roomate and i worked so hard to get such a rare item lol)

As with all weapons, this versus Algol depends on your other equipment more so than on the weapon itself. Subduer may require an investment of Store TP to overcome the Low Delay/Tp gain. Parses do not usually take in "Optimal" Setups for each individual weapon, and throw in different characters merits/stats and items, and you will quickly see One parse screenshot is not indicative of superiority. Try your weapons yourself, and see which suits you.

Subduer Optimal involves (Tested on Birds, results vary with target) stacking as much DEX as possible. Capping the Critical hit rate around 30% can skyrocket DPS. Askar Head, Adaman Hauberk, Askar Manopolas, Aurum Sabatons as a combo may provide you with some interesting and devastating results.
