+1 is a very good axe for the gil and substantially underrated.
DPS of 11.41 beaten only by broken perdu with latent active and stage 4-5 relic. Best buyable GA at the moment on some servers XD. Although personally i'd save the few 100k-M and get a perdu. If you dont have the rank get a smither to make this for you.
